None of us like price rises but the 365 suite is still pretty good value for money

Microsoft have announced an increase globally in the cost of their 365 product subscriptions, effective from the 1st March.

No-one likes a price increase but it’s easy to forget how good the suite of products actually is.

Our entire business world now relies on being able to work from anywhere and applications such as Teams have allowed many of us to carry on business throughout the pandemic. OneDrive and Sharepoint have allowed us to exponentially increase the amount of data we retain and store. Of course, there are times when Microsoft have an unplanned outage, like everyone, but it’s certainly an extremely reliable environment for the most part.

In August last year, Jared Spataro, Corporate VP for Microsoft 365, spoke about some of the innovations and features within Microsoft 365. Since Microsoft 365 was introduced, they have added 24 apps1 to the suites Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Stream, Planner, Visio, OneDrive, Yammer, and Whiteboard and have released over 1,400 new features and capabilities in three key areas.
