We are pleased to announce the forthcoming merger between Quality Computer Services and UltraFast Communications Solutions. It is scheduled to take place officially on 1st July 2013. On that date our combined firm will begin operating as QCS Group.
Quality Computer Services has provided a complete range of IT expertise and products to their clients over many years while UltraFast has operated primarily as an Internet and hosting provider. The merger sees the entire product offering brought together under one roof and that will result in an even better level of service and products to you.
You now have a single point of contact for every IT area of your business, whether it’s management of your servers and networks, internet connectivity, telephony, web hosting, security and backup, hardware or software. Even if you think it’s a bit out of the ordinary realm of IT, get in touch. We love a challenge.
We can now provide you with many new services and areas of expertise and we’re very much looking forward to discussing those in more depth with you. However, before anything else, there are several things we want to point out that will not change.
- You will continue to have access to the same people you have in the past. All staff are being retained in their current roles
- All the services we have offered previously will continue to be offered by QCS Group for the foreseeable future
- Our service commitment remains the cornerstone of our reputation and we will continue to answer your calls and answer your emails as we always have
- Our phone and email contact details remain the same. There will be some consolidation and modification of email addresses and phone numbers but the ones you’ve used for so long will still continue to work
- Contracts that are currently in place with either Quality Computer Services or UltraFast Communications will remain in place. At the expiry of the contracts, new contracts will be issued by QCS Group
- There will be no disruption to any of your services

Unit 19, 256 Musgrave Road, Coopers Plains 4108 - Our bank account details have changed.
NEW DETAILS ARE: BSB 084 100 Account Number 943094081 - You will have access to a more diverse product range with a focus on us being more pro-active with you regarding technology and its function in your business
